Yes. The client sided one doesn't work anymore. The server sided one still does

One never worked. Only thing that worked was rollback with enchanting.
btw, good luck making 100% enchant through a dll.

uhm yeah... no. btw, 100% enchant does not work. Do not try. Maybe it could have worked like... g1, but who knows. I never played then. If you want to try something, go for rabbie detrans. But yeah, don't go searching around for 100%, everyone who says it is working is trolling you bud.
