one thing that will ruin a server!
Staff [PM] and [GM] that play the server
be careful with how you go about playing the server.
it causes severe jealousy in the server and will make players less likely to join and will make people quit and accuse staff of cheating.

and as fear said staff playing makes people accuse them of cheating better to have separate accounts from playing and staffing
also on ur site it says no maintenance i recommend you do the or you will have people complaining they cant open totems also the longer a server goes without maintenance the more lag the server will get

If i were you, I would change the server name. I know that you prob. live outside the U.S but still, i wouldn't use Eudemons Online...
