I need help please in hacking

Would some one tell me how to search for values and addresses in s4 league
Because I want to make hacks but I can't get the addresses
Please Explain well because (my brain.exe is not updated for the last update :p)

Example :

Value : 123456
Search for 123456
Select the Adress.
Change the Value.
If you get to many Adresses :
Change the Value Ingame, and search for
the new Value.
