Shaiya Private Server

Hi guys i got a question

i did created my own pserver and its open now without problems...

just of 1 ( big problem)

How i can make my own client (i mean how can other people play on my server?) with my own updater and so on...
i wanna make that some other people play my game but how???
i always changed ALL the ips from 127.0.0.1 to my own IPv4 ip adress (and also for the game exe) but still dont work how i can create it ??
