[QUESTION] disable Eu

hello,

I am working on this vsro server for some days testing etc. And I would like to disable the whole Eu part of the game like it's just an old chinese server.

Is there any way to do this? I think it can be done on the server side by disable the Eu regions but what about the characters and the client side?

sure eu-0 and all the eu maps- and you done

How about if client create EU char ?
