sweSRO - Register HELP

when i click to register page its this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and when i click to reg got this Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /reg.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

same here, quess we just have to wait for the reg to come online, i wish the server would be only for baltic countrys :)
