What is the minimal requirements of ram to run successfully server based on Vsro files?
I mean just run it (not given players on it)

just to run a server 4 but better 6 if you want play and run the server 8+

also need a good processor atleast 7 cores and about 8-16GB RAM for like max 30 players to join without lag. you would also have to disable most areas so mobs dont mess up and despawn and for less lag.

Just to get a server going (with most areas disabled) about 4gb.
Minimal RAM required would be 4gb
You could prob get it up and running with 3gb but the loading times would be huge as your computer would be trying to put alot of stuff into pagefile making HDD getting hude read and write demands.
