[Help] Register Page Problem

My register page is'nt working but apache/mysql/filezilla are already running.
And there is an error show in when i try my register page
click the -- > [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

any one can suggest what to do so i can run my register page smoothly. (sorry im not a web developer).

you need for mssql connection , when you using actually files, only caali is mysql

how can i connect my mssql ?
