Private Server Assistance

I have all the necessary files to run private server, however I, being a n00b at private server setup, have not the foggiest idea on how to get it running.

i have tried to get it running but was saying something about errors in the bash# scripts...

if there is anyone out there with a detailed n00bie step by step, "hold my hand" guide to getting this setup; i would appreciate it. or at least a few pointers... sorry to ask for so much as my first posting on these forums.

1st u need linux.

1) Get urself fully patched chinese client.. I suggest u using RedCabal client which u can get at: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

2) Install it.

3) Get the account to the private server u want to play.

4) Get the private servers patch ur wanting to play on.

5) Install the patch in the chinese client folder.

6) Run the game and login. Accept the agreement.

Optional
If u want to have english patch.

7) After accepting the agreement close the client.

8) Get urself an english patch at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

9) Extract the english patch into ur cabal client folder.

10) Start the client.

11) Have fun =)

as much as i undesrtand he wanted to host a server :D
look around forums, somewhere was the guide ;)
