It is for boots of course. If you noticed when u go with ur mouse cursor on lucky prayer stone ( any lvl ) ,it says "can not be equiped in conjuction with other Windfall Prayer Stone ". So there is ur answer :rolleyes:

Thats not the answer. It says the same on the combined defense sone with the combined impregnability stone. The first is just for pants and the second just for shield.
It could be for armpads too.

But the most realistic thing is, that it is going to be for boots.
