Try this filter

WPE Filter

[Offset] 05
[Search] 64
[Modify] 00

64 - failed upgrade
65 - wipe all talics
66 - destroy Weapon and Talics
00 - succes upgrade

send me some pms, lets make this 100% complete

This is the trick used in Youtube 100% Upgrading Video (posted in some thread). :)

Hmm, if u put a talic w/o jewels in orange weapon (ex), ur client will shows success but the weapon can break?

LOL!!! The packets for +1 fail ARE THE SAME FOR +2 UPGRAIDING
and +3 fail packets ARE THE SAME FOR +2 UPGRADING

My brain can get crashed with it.... o_O

No harm in posting this.. but your kinda wasting your talics if using this lol.. :D

It shows what you want to see! Succes! but the real part your just wasting talics becuase upgrading weapons without a gem can really break your weapons lol..

BTW you can see that it doesnt do the Congratulations Animation when success on upgrading.. but this can help alot on to those people who are still in the proccess of finding out how to upgrade 100% perfectly and not ClientSided.. woootss..

I have no RF Game in my pc for a while, then i cant test it.
if the weapon break in server side how i will see it on ur client? Show success but weapon will disappear?

I've tried this before (yea, before this thread exists), I tried to upgrade my VI Beam Gun Bow without any gem. And it still broken.

But using this packet you can do some trick (like in youtube video) to make a "fake" +7 weapon. :)

Can you please give me a link to another WPE cause i think the old only is detected in RFPH. If there is anyone who knows an Undetected WPE please share ......... Thanks a lot

how about trick the server that your item is only +1 but in real it was +3. I remember this hack way back to ragnarok. Trick the server that the weapon is only +1 but you have a +7 weapon. Then instant +10 weapon >_< only by using WPE
