I hate low rate servers,
They keep them low and say that it's for them to keep players playing the game...
but,
Most players as well known from this Forum like high rate, and the server with highest rates will have more players playing.
The whole point of private servers is to have high rates, If you want low rates then Regular sea Cabal will work for you.

10x Exp is basically no bonus at higher levels. Even with 500x exp it's hard to level beyond level 150.
