What off the official server or private server ? I think you can re-enter private servers when your ip changes

if u know how to build tables in bd u can use sql injection to unban but it too long

You need access to server for banned accounts. This cannot be done using CE.

I dont know with private servers, but in official RF Online games, such as RFPh and RFIndo, GM's and Admins only has the right ot unban the banned accounts. They are the people who has access to its database

ohhh...how i wish there was a hack to unbanned banned accounts....ehehe...so i could unbanned my 10 accounts that was banned...5 in novus death hall already...damn
