Vsro Register Page Problem

i spend 1 week to make Register page but i cant this my php.ini

Db connection problem.Change passwords sa .Or Change db name.

if you are running the newest version of PHP it will not work on IIS.

this is because the newest ver of PHP doesn't support mssql.dll

you will need to find an older version of PHP to make it work.

delete ; on mssql.dll
