For Translate I Can Translate I Already Have What To Right

If you have the translations for the chinese, then why do you need a designer? All HTML and most other languages are written in english. Its the universal programming language. What I mean by this is in html you will see something similar to:

Ehhh never saw HTML in anything else but english. Do you need a translator or coder?

lol if you alrdy have the translation just get a wysiwyg editor dreamweaver is one :D but if you realy need it i might be able to do it for you
