WP-Scripts Stacking

How can i combine 2 or more WP script into one.

I want to get auto refine and auto NPC click in one.

I unzipped the file and now simple takes one click to start the programs, separetly. But i want the two scripts together somehow.

Please explain me how i can do it ..

I did read it but couldnt understand.

I have a script which autoclick NPC and autocollect the boxes.

But i want to add autorefine together with it.
so i have all 3 functions in one.
