A Problem

I have an Question because i Have Windows 7 and i want a own private server

but when i try to change the host file i cant change this because its safed

I want to Change the Ip in the Client how i can do this???

open editor /notepad as administrator than open there the host file

for changing the ip in the client you have open the : l2.ini with an ini editor
