So I had to renistall game after reformat of HD only to find that they patched. I did read the others and forums. So I tried a few things, I got perfect USA hack and it is in the bin/data that i created. I got the short cut with typing ,preceding. I did use the updatefiles of the 2 .exe files for 3.03 and said yes to all when replacing them. Since I was never able to get these to work on my computer but they worked on another (i didnt set that one up). Just kindly asking for assistance. Thanks to all who reads this.
