So apparently that hack urban damage has been selling wasnt his own. I saw this thread on the Bug Reports of Battle Pirates. "http://forums.kixeye.com/threads/109320-Hack-Report-found-using-google-chrome-and-Charles" and in there the true creator talks about how Urban Damage had the hacked swf file leaked to his forum, then started selling it. so all that talk about urban damage selling "his" hack because "not all hackers work for free" is total b.s he didnt work on it at all. so in order to prevent any1 from buying his hack im going to release it as well.

and the directions to use it are as follows:
-open fiddler2
-clear cache on your browser then open battle pirates
-in fiddler go to edit, then find sessions, paste "http://cdn3-bp-fb.casualcollective.com/bpfb/game/game-v61.v58.swf"
then search for urls only, click find sessions.
-right click the file that pops up, then select "copy, just url"
-checkmark the box, "enable automatic response" and "unmatched requests passthrough"
-click add
-go to the bottom under rule editor, on the second blank address go to find a file, then select the location of the hacked file.
-click save
-clear your browser cache and start Battle pirates again.
