Concerra Summoner (New Class, 8th character) added.

-Character creation for Concerra Summoner has been activated to the public, everyone can now create one.
-Added 15 new weapons type: "Dualblade" for Concerra, drops added.
-Updated "Staff" weapon to be able to equip for Concerrra Summoner.
-Added 10 new armor sets for Concerra Summoner, drops added.
-Added new wings.
-Added new shop merchants in Loa Castle for Concerra Summoner, located near Vicious Summoner shops.
-Added new skillmaster for Concerra Summoner.
-Updated fishing merchant to now sell skill book for Concerra Summoner fishing.
-Added new costume support for Concerra Summoner.
-Added skills and skill descriptions for Concerra Summoner, all descriptions are in English and by hovering your mouse over the skill in the Skill Tab (K) you can view the information).
Information about Concerra Summoner:
Though she may seem similar to the Vicious Summoner, she is not. In fact, all of her Dualblade skills are entirely new. She has many high damaging AOEs, and unlike the Summoner also has a few debuff skills. She also has the ability to call Summons to aid her in battle, similar to the Vicious Summoner.

Information about Seguriper:
The Seguriper has some aspects similar to the female alternative, Segnale, but also is very different. The Seguriper does mostly Physical damage (except for the magic skills). He has buff and party buff skills. However, he does not have party healing skills. He does have the ability to recover shield. He also has debuffs. His attacks are very quick and swift, ranging for single target to AOEs. The Seguriper does not have any resurrection skills, instead they have strong AOEs.

-New Aloken costume added: Aloken Ancient Costume.

Guild & Siege Changes

-Guild level requirements changed to the following:
Level 1 - 1 AP
Level 2 - 150 AP
Level 3 - 300 AP
-Guilds who loose Siege Battle will have their guild level decreased by 1.
-Concerra Summoner Siege support has been added.
-Seguriper Siege support has been added.

-Enhanced/Upgrade water effects on all maps, most noticable change is Fantasy.
