I just bought a new computer, and I downloaded and installed sro. but when instalation is over and the lancher opens to do the update I get this error: "Failed to initialize NetEngine [ErrorCode10,11004]" help me plz

is sro with or without bot and is the computer vista or xp?maybe try downloading again
