PVP server, what level cap?

Hello, first of all I'm new to Elitepvpers.
I'm going to open a PVP server (probably today), and I'm wondering if you guys are interested in it.
For example, what level cap you want, what starting items, etc..
By the way, the server would run 24/7 on Hamachi, and later (in a few weeks) on a dedicated server.

Don't even make it, it gonna fail like all other pvp servers..

I have played on the other PVP servers (Insanity SRO, Sylia, Legacy, Boredom), and I know what mistakes they made.

For example, Legacy failed because there was too many wipes, elixirs in NPC and magic pop.
Insanity failed because it's not stable (people can't register, inspection, etc.).

Start with Sun +7, set Sun +5 or Nova +7 and Nova +5 set, and all whites 100% (so u have only do blues and go PVP)
No magic pop, only stones in NPC
Like 100k silks
Big alchemy rate
