MaxBot

Hello everybody.

In the last two months I've been studying Silkroad Online's packet data and security. Drew Benton's book helped me much in starting this project.

The project I am talking about started about 2 months before - creating a clientless and normal (client) bot. It relies on Drew Benton's SR33 framework (both the framework and clientless powerlevel tool). Now, when this project has come to the alpha stage, I would like to spread news about it.

First, and the most important :
MaxBot Clientless and MaxBot Normal will be free to use.
How much it will be free to use, depends on you (users), Joymax and my wish to keep the application updated.

The clientless bot will get in alpha stage within a few days, and I would like to have some Alpha testers for discovering bugs. Please note that these bots are just basic bots, and as they get more users/publicity I will add much more features to it, and you (users) will mostly be those who will decide what features to add.

Both bots (clientless and normal) are made in C++, and without genius Drew Benton (I really must thank him much on his work that he done especially on the SR33!) they wouldn't be made.

If you want to be an alpha tester, then please post here :

- Your programming skills in any language (yes, even HTML/PHP...)
- Are you a designer ? I will soon be launching a site, and I'll need one
- Are you a coder ? I will soon need one too =)

Please note that only few will be chosen, and please don't PM me if you aren't one of them. I also assume that you have a good reputation, speak English, have MSN and ready to test it and be on PC for more hours. And yeah, I hope you got a good reputation and not only 1 post, 'cuz chances that I let you in the group then are really small (about 1:1000000000).

Though I'm a Mod here, I think I will manage to save some time for your Bot if you wanted me to help. I can learn fast if you want me to take care of something else. :p

why i want be in your team
I want learn C++ more and i know SR33 source code its very god to learn with packets. Sorry my english is not the best but i understand fast and programmed some little tools in C++ with help from SR33 source code and Drew Bentons Guide on Silkroad Packets security and im no mod or something in a forum. I you contact me on Teamspeak 2 ,ICQ, MSN, and other chats and i have most time for pc .

Yes, I think you're somewhat right. We'll see about that later. So far, I know that clientless bot download will only be able for a limited time.

Some news also,
Today I've already implemented a security system where you need to have an account. And I will provide a 'free public account', and it's password will change occassionaly. Also both bots will be packed with Themida, so I think that reverse-engineering won't be easy.

And yeah, I've been playing Silkroad for like ~2.5 years and I really don't remember that anybody released a FREE clientless bot. Actually, I do remember one, but it didn't work for like what, 2 weeks ?

UPDATE:

I don't tend to use bots in Silkroad (neither do I use them), but it's a great challenge for me to create [MY] own bot. Also this is a great way of improving my current knowledge. I'm really seriously considering now should the clientless bot be free. There are already so much gold-bots ingame, and that's the main reason you can't login to the server. Releasing this bot would ruin the game even more. We'll see about that, don't get disappointed if I don't release it. Greetings !

Is it well protected/packed?
If so then I can surely test the protection ^^

Well,if your themida version is newer than 1.9.9.0 then it would be some kind of hard. :)

I have a license for Themida 2.0, so there are no worries about reversing ^^

I just hope that clockwork and other team from 0x33 won't get their hands on this (me : no, they won't, they are working on aion) :P

Update : Anybody with VERY GOOD PHP/HTML skills that have time and know how the make a website with working login and such things, please PM me. Those who get accepted will have life-time subscription to both the clientless & normal.

And yeah, you will be able to use the clientless bot each day, but only for 2 hour !
BTW, here's how it'll go in start :

Less users - more time for clientless
More users - less time for clientless
