how do u get into a p server?

do i download the client from that p server website?

cuz for lineage 2 p servers...i would have to edit the host file...

so im confused on how to get into p servers...

giving up on offical server...lol got banned today by spoon >.<

just read there are many how to threads!!!where you can ready step by step how to connect to a pserver!!!!:D
