speed hack in pw.ph?

last night i was playing overnite doin my envoy and lds at lost village.
i was grinding under a tree (lvl75 lion)
.and basically using a zoom hack.

when a flashing thing get my attention.
a wu xia instantly appeared and killed a mob with 1 hit.
got curios so i got out of the tree and tried to look at his item.
and then boom his gone.
all i saw was a light from his wind walk.
its like his teleporting or something.
instantly appering and disapering.

ive used speed hack before (khan online)
and what i saw is like one of them.
its a sign that speed hack exist in pw.ph

speed is server sided, i found it not by using the CE speed hack but by finding the address and values of it and i changed it and it did not work, the one you see there is one of their skills which can instantly move from one place to another all humans have that.

yep i know that one.
thats why i now its not normal.
