Tom's Problem

Can anyone tell me how to removed the blocked of piercing and upgrading by BoboChan (Upgrade Specialist).

It tells, "Blocked by Toms" when i tried to pierce and upgrade accesories.

How can i removed that Blocked, please tell me how.

go in config/detection.ini and set npc_upgrade to 0

Edit the detections.ini.
