ChargeBack pservers

I know nothing about this thing like charging back...
So I wanna ask how it works?
I donated 5usd to Diamond, And now written them e-mail for chargeback...
I actually have no idea how charback is usually done...
So can anyone explain a little more about it.
And payment method i'm using paypal

paypal has this option.
you can just chargeback your money without no reason (Normaly its use to prevent scam on Ebay)

You can chargeback easily with stupid reason, you have 30 or 60 days on paypal and pserver owner cant do a shit. If he will try fight with you he will have to legitimate himself as a company or fundation or his account will be suspendet on paypal and whole money frozen for 180 days :), even then you will get back your money :).

It's simple i payed for game. And i changed my mind not playing it anymore. Won't work? and can you give me more details about that?

just write in paypal complain about you payed for items and you didnt get it.

Enter paypal go to the resolution centre and make a dispute with the transaction thats all.

If his server is like mine and you change your mind, we just delete your silk items and stuff, and issue a refund, no need for chargeback, because only an idiot trys to fight them with an illegal business.

Charging back isnt clever and you be stupid to think the 'owner' couldn't do anything. They can just ban you and restrict your IP or account, simple.

Correct me if i'm wrong.
You can always transfer items from one account to another (like my friends)
And Ip ban... It's no such a big deal change ip for my internet operator is free (ofcs i wont do that just for silkroad but still)

seller can do this thing and you can't do anything at all :

even if pserver is illegal or not afterall is a mmorpg server wich he can say something like that : he donated us and he get our respect by helping us some virtual items in game , now he used all , he had fun and now abuse about chargeback option

and you will lose 100% the fight

Well it's clearly sad "Shop" in game.
And "buy", And terms of agree sad nothing about time of chargeback or something, just that i'll get ban if i do that. and i'm ok with that.

Face fact peoples can easily chargeback on paypal , if you will fight with them your account will be blocked because you will become a "problem" for paypal. So be prepared someday you can wake up and you can have 500e debt on your paypal because of chargebacks ;). they can chargeback without problems 30-60 days after payment. Read about paypal on the inet. Paypal are paradise of scam. especially if you dont have legal business...
