Open *.uax

Hi has someone a tool which can open *.uax sound files ?
I believe *.uax files are kind of sound packages, isn't it ?
So i want to change some sounds of items :)

Well, because they files are to find inside the Sound folder it should be Sound files. And i know also they are maded or "packed" with the Unreal Editor, but sorry i dont have an idea how to depack them ^^.

Yes i tried unreal Editor but i always get an error. I think there is a kind of protection on the files
