Make a document with no ending.
Open it wirh Notepad ++ or sth else.

This is my CMD.
On the left site you can see the command and on the right site Disable.
The right site means, which "Acces" can use it.
So you can write
horse_level DISABLE
It means, nobody can use this command.
If you write,
reload GOD
Admins or Gms with GOD acces can use this command.
If you´re finish, put the CMD in all "game" and auth + first
