Well you need some programs. This is easy. You can say useless but nobody must be you :p.

How?
Well when you enter s4 with Id manager, Make a profile. When you create it delete all of your costumes(not weapons). Then click activate. Walaaa. You are invisible now. Too easy. The ppl just see your weapons. But when you enter a match sometimes you won't be invisible 1-2 minutes. But then you will be invisible again.
