regions disabled?

SRO_VT_SHARD -> _RefRegionBindAssocServer -> set values to 1

Dude not all of them.... tell him that or he will come with another post . Just use search button - Region problem

but yeah, regions are off
if you pc cant handle entire server i suggest dont enable them(maybe just 1)
