New graphics card

I get a decent amount of lag in cabal unless i stay in same map for 5 mins + then all lag goes , but i was just thinking of upgrading my graphics card , its a geforce 6150 LE , should i upgrade it or not? and is it a good graphics card?

depends, the only game u play is cabal? the new card would be to play cabal only or to test other games.. like cod4 and so? also whats ur sistem? graphics cards dont do miracles if the rest of ur system sux it'll probably botleneck the new card..

well it also depends on you cpu speed and internet connection

if it dosen lag after 5m then its probably not the prob
also dont buy a new graph card just for cabal, from my view would be waste of money if you dont play other cpu games

agree with above posters, you should post your system specs probably, but I have to say, 6150le is pretty old

Keilou dont spam , i do play other games but they dont lag ^^ e.g soulstrom and cod4 , but its strange because cod4 graphics are better than cabal but cabal lags more

i have like a Ati Saphire 1600Pro with 256 MB DDR3 Ram that is a cheap and good Card

well thats normal, cod4 its an excelent game in all aspects, good gameplay, good story and an excelent optimization.

About cabal, it can be some incompatibility with your system, have u updated all drives? graphics.. sound.. mobo..? my cabal use to lag as well, after i turn off my sound device it normalized.

How do i like , turn off sound device , i think i updated my drives from nvidia.com but im not too sure ,
