Convert memory adress

Hi,
I try to make a cheat for 4Story with CheatEngine and AutoIt

In CheatEngine I found the memory adress:

35639CEC

But in autoit when you want to read a memory adress, you need an adress like :

PHP Code:


			
0x100579C

Can you help me for convert please ?

use rebased memory adress and add the main module to it
