NEED help cant make char on ECSRO

ok downloaded everthing u need to make a characters name with numbers, when i finaly log in a try to make a character with numbers and keeps saying

invalid character name , invalid letter used

or

exceeded the letters limit
only 12 english letter are available.[Min.,Max.]

please help

P.S i cant seem to install applocale it says this

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"
WTF!!! i downloaded it from microsoft website!

Try Using Silroad addiction Client. Its working fine with me in making characters and naming them too.

Use chinese media.pk2 to make char.. and english one to play
