Translate "Cancel" option NPC

Hello,

Does anyone know how to translate the "cancel" option in a NPC?
That one: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If anyone know's, please can you explain me how to do it?

You have to search the quest & then you can change the text.

The problem it's that I already translated these three files from quest/npc..
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I translated everything in the script and still did not change nothing in the "cancel" option.

umm.. No, I didn't. I only translated the three files located in the NPC(9012/teleporter) [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Where can I find the make.sh?
