SQL Server Doesn't exist or access denied ERROR

Please help me with this,

An error comes every time when i launch the "CaptainHerlockServer" to create a local P-Server for Rappelz, And i'm making the steps 100% right.

make sure sql have no password

I deleted the password by going to "Security" - "Logins" - "sa" - Erase the passwords and uncheck the box under, But it still making this error.

is your "ip all" 1433 in sql server configuration manager?

Yes it's 1433 And i restarted my computer so changes take effects ;)

hm then check your gameserver.opt everithing right? you compressed it?

no, launch the rappelzcompress .exe in the repack folder and drag gameserver opt into it.

Oh yes i've done this step, But i want to ask you something, I want to play the rappelz in the local server, what's the IP for it ? I just want to make sure cause i know the IP but maybe it's wrong.
