you need to recheck your config files and your client oems make sure they all match (dont forget the servername) if these are all correct then check your ports u can get a tool for this at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] check all ports for your server and mysql and port 80 if u are using apache to host your website
also some programs will use these ports at times you will have to check that as well

Check your OEMs
that just means the server is online
add the right IP and MAKE SURE THE NAME OF THE SERVER IS THE SAME IN THE OEMs
if your server requires ports then add the ports to the OEM like so
Code:
IP= 5.106.62.118:5816
if i helped click thanks so i know

check your ports and check if you can log in on a client locally either your oem is wrong or your ports are not forwarded or something is blocking the ports u need etc

and if the port disabled and i dont know the router pass.. can i change the port for something else?

is the port blocked or not open...... if it is blocked then another program is using it then u can find it by opening command and typing netstat -ano and finding the blocked port in the list IE: yourip: port(nospace) ... to the right of this you will see a pid collumn this is the process id for the item locking that port u can take this number and look in your task manager under processes click view and click pid then it will show u the pids next to the names of your programs find the one with the right id and end it .....

ok having said that if your ports are not forwarded or pingable and u do not have the router password u kinda have no choice but to either connect directly to the modem without the router or to reset the router and enter a new password u can remember
u definately need to be able to forward your ports for a lot of this stuff to work maybe if you are not the administrator of the router then you can speak with the person who is and have them forward the ports u need
