if you were to try the way i think lassek is talking about, good luck not being banned for life >.>

you can edit the mmount of stat-point given each time you level-up.
copy the crc32 value from your formula.ini file, modify the stat-points value, crack the crc32 to the original value and you'Re done.
You'll see that after an level-up, you will only be able to add 5 points.
even if you have 999 points to add, it wwil be only on your screen. cuz after you restart,it will be normal.
it'S server-sided,and doesn't work!
