Today I fell tell new mamber make Npc.... okey, First open Navicat like This... N insert new table .. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] Than,you open a folder ini [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
if you want insert effect .. open yourdatabase n serverwork [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
[exra] if you want make a NPC shop you must add NPC id in [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Nice guide, but dosent really make scene. And there are other things you need to do to make a npc :)
But overall, great guide :)

this is great for someone that jsut wants to change the npc effect or alter a shop but you have none of the cq_action info posted in order to make an npc actually "do" anything at all you need to setup the actions for it
