[Q]Can someone explain me everyting about setting up a server?

As i said in title could you guys help me about setting it.
i would like to play alone or with a couple of my friends on my 4GB Ram Dual Core 3 Ghz and 1 GB Video Carded laptop. I have windows 7 on it.

First of all please dont tell me noob,idiot,moron or sth else like that or dont troll here. I just want some help from the guys who got those files worked. I couldnt understand how to set it from sticky titles thats why i opened that thread.

Im not a fukin moron idiot or whatever you say. Im in this forum since 2007 so just stfu i know that theres a search button ;) i just wanted someone to tell me and explain what to do about thos crappy files. you make me so god damn crazy atm. Nvm i wont tell anything to you.
Looking for someone who can help me and who would like to tell me how to do it.
BTW i have also a dedicated server so its not a problem if my damnit laptop blows up or melts on my knees.
