2Moons Private Server - Guide!!!

I'm very sorry that I've posted this but I'm really uncertain about those 2moons private servers. So yeah i have a few questions:

1. Out of the 20x servers which one will NOT IP ban me? I'm currently living in Australia.

2. Out of the 20x rates ones which one is the most stable?

3. I tried to download the client for both of the 20x ones but failed. Please anyone help

does this server have 130 weapons and armors that drop from mobs?

I cant open any of the registration pages!! Im ganna start cutting myself if i wont be able 2 play here!!!

the 20x works too but the chinese there are little **** ***** who pk and abuse english players everytime they can see one.
