Leveling with dbs

Hey, so i got a question for those who can help. I'm raising a water and its slow,. i wanna get it high leveled before rb'ing it. I was curious which method is the best way to get the most exp for your dbs. "db levling" and i'm goign to keep this water, not jsut rb it, so plz help

exchange to cps and buy exp balls from game shop?
take it to that one wine vendor??

i was curious on what you guys think is the best way to level with dbs. And if there is other ways then i listed above/ also how much exp would you get for exp balls when your high leveled

Buy 5 dbs then use 1 on cps.
Buy 7 xp balls or ask a friend for 1cp to get 8. The db lvl and use all 8-10 xp balls after first 5 u get like half of a normal xp ball. Thats about fastest way to db lvl.
