Register on BloodySRO?

Hey my question is how can i register me to play bloody sro?
i go to the website from the private server and i register me for the page.
i accept the email and go to "games" on the website and click on the register button under the picture from silkroad but the site doesn't open.
I wait, and wait but google chrome dont load a site...
there stand [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Please help

i use that link and when i press save , it keeps loading and then Internal Server Error
Any Solution?? :(
