that lucky draw cards come right away maybe its client sided now ....... hacks for that would be cool

Its still server-sided, I assume, but I think it can be hacked eventually. It's a fact that, before you pick the card, the reward is already chosen. The news feed says to friends you won a part before you get to the cards screen.

It's a bug, they (nfsbarry and scottymac100) confirmed they are working on it.
