[HELP] I need a tutorial to add things to the server

Hello, I need a complete tutorial that teaches the shop and add items to the cash shop, add the teleport NPC, add monsters drop and add npcs in cities.:)

Ddding items to cash shop is not on there i believe. Self explanatory, just mess with itemcash , cashshop_itemlist , cashshop_maintab , cashshop_tablist. Make sure the price values in those files are all the same, or you won't be able to buy through the cash shop.
