normally thats a software problem
first, u try one of the simple things:
uninstall the game & reinstall
reinstall ur graphics drivers
reinstall direct X

if none of them worked, u'll have only one thing to do....
Install Windows all over again...

and if this one didnt solved ur problem, thats an hardware problem
take off ur ram, graphics and insert them again
and if it's still doing restart, then... my friend... ur pc got a messed up hardware...:eek:

Or change the graphic resolutions, maybe your graphic or ram doesnt like your settings (sounds a bit crazy , but yes my graphic card dislikes the resolution of 1024*768 and crashes everytime if any game runs in that resolution...)
