when i try to Start The SErver :S Login Server Starts But Game DOesnt

so this is the problem. check out the minimum memory usage of gameserver (you can find in starting shell file)
seems your physical maschine has not enough ram for that.. you need atleast 2gb

maybe no account created? try to change loginserver configuration to autocreate accounts.
