Calling all players!

Do you think you've spotted a cheater in game? Did you have an idea of where they might be getting their cheats from? Do you want to help us remove all cheats from the game?

Great, we need your help!

Effective immediately, we have established a new e-mail address specifically for the purpose of sending our GM Staff such hack reports:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Since talking about hacks on the forums is counterproductive and may actually be a violation of the rules, this e-mail address is the correct way and the best way to send your reports to us. We're interested in reports of hackers you've encountered as well as any tips you might have on where their hacks come from.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU ATTEMPT TO DOWNLOAD AND/OR "TEST" A HACK! HACK USE IN ANY CONTEXT IS A VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF USE AND WILL RESULT IN ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING PERMANENT ACCOUNT CLOSURE.

To report a hacker or source of hacks to us, please send an e-mail to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] with as much information as possible about when and where you encountered the hack, a brief description of what you witnessed, and any evidence you may have (screenshots, video, replays, website links, et cetera). The more detailed, the better! Your reports will help our security staff take the appropriate action. To ensure your report reaches the right people, please include the game the hack is for and the character who used it (if applicable) in the subject line. For example, if I saw Moshup using an aim bot in Project Blackout, my subject line might be: [PB] Moshup is Aimbotting

Trickster Online: [TO]
Grand Chase: [GC]
Pangya: [PY]
Project Blackout: [PB]
Crossfire Europe: [CF]

Please understand that while our team will thoroughly investigate every report that is sent to us, we will not reply to any messages sent to this address.

Here at SG Interactive we are absolutely committed to providing a safe, entertaining and fair gameplay experience to everyone, and to that extent we are always working to help rid our service of cheaters. Reports from players like you are an invaluable aspect of that effort, and directly contribute to improving the games we all enjoy!

Things just got real...
I'm guessing the next thing they'll do is update Gameguard or something like that.

But, for Sub single player like Grand Chase, It would be harder to catch.
we just need to save our account from any crash hack detect/hack reports.
