[QUESTION] Links for redcabal

well sadly i have been searching this forum for over an hour now to find the link of the downloadable chinese cabal client from megaupload... i found it but then my computer crashed and now i can't find it again.. anyone fancy making me a bit wiser by supplying me with the link? iv tried filefront but get it at 44.5kb/s on average which would take me 5 hours and im capable of doing over 800 kb/s :(

any help would be greatly appreciated
