U need server file, like webserver, and MSSQL (for database)
and offcourse high end PC (min 2 Gb memory and AMD x64 to run RF patch 2.1.5)

Leonhart is right. And one more thing, it's not easy to setup RF Offline Server. Besides, it needs a beefy machine.

hi, i tried the link but it wont work...... do you have an idea on how to make one? i searched the furoms but i havent found anything... also, will it be a giga 4 or golden age?
